Their collective experience and insight into the blogging community has led them to develop a targeted outreach strategy that empowers bloggers with the tools they need to turn their blogs into businesses, while connecting PR pros with these women – giving them access to an entire market of press potential.

Julie Wohlberg (Founder)
Julie Wohlberg has served as the Director of Communications for numerous Web 2.0 companies based internationally from Paris, Berlin, Rome and Madrid in Europe to Buenos Aires, Argentina in South America. Her previous PR experience includes work at both Connors Communications and Bender/Helper Impact, firms specializing in emerging technology and consumer entertainment / technology. Prior to her public relations career, Wohlberg worked as an entertainment writer and producer/host of the show Cinema Confidential Television, the TV partner to the UGO.com site, www.Cinecon.com. She held syndicated film review and celebrity profile columns in 14 alternative news weeklies from Connecticut to Fort Lauderdale, and from Phoenix to Sydney, Australia. At the end of her journalistic career, she worked as a film and music writer and critic for Tribune Media, with placements in outlets like New York Newsday, AM New York, Chicago Tribune, Orlando Sun-Sentinel, and LA Times. Presently, she serves as the Director of Communications for Multiply, Inc.

Michael Conner (Co-Founder)
Michael has worked in traditional and interactive marketing for more than 13 years, serving as the Director of Communications for numerous Web 2.0 companies – ranging from startups to established businesses. Michael has broad-reaching marketing experience, which includes traditional media outreach, as well as interactive experience with SEO, SEM and SMO, which he has utilized in his full branding strategies for client work at Conner Interactive, which he launched in 2002. In his early career, Conner worked with Fairfield, CT based company, SageMaker, Inc., managing project application design and usability with a team of developers, to ensure each service line was optimized and deployed to meet each customer’s specific requirements. Conner worked with the professional services group to implement and roll out product installations with various Fortune 500 clients. His client base included GE Equity, UBS Warburg, and McGraw Hill.
