CanolaInfo CIAProChef.com Challenge
Did you or your readers resolve to step it up a notch in the kitchen this year? Try more interesting recipes? Explore new flavors? Challenge yourselves? Well, from now until February 28th, CanolaInfo, the information source about canola oil for consumers, health professional, chefs, media, educators – everyone who wants to know more about the world’s healthiest oil, will be challenging you, too, with the launch of CanolaInfo CIAProChef.com Challenge!
CanolaInfo has partnered with the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) to create a free online learning tool, “The Professional Chef Discovers Canola Oil.” This e-learning module contains 16 flavor-packed recipes and step-by step videos by CIA chef-instructors.
To be one of the CanolaInfo CIAProChef.com Challenge winners, you need to follow five easy steps:
1. Pick a recipe from our CIA e-learning module, “The Professional Chef Discovers Canola Oil,” at www.ciaprochef.com/canola.
2. Watch a free online cooking video
3. Try your hand at making the recipe you picked
4. Become a fan of CanolaInfo on Facebook (Facebook.com/CanolaInfo)
5. Take a picture or video of the dish you made with a CIA recipe and post it on our Facebook page with a 25+ word description of your experience
Judging this contest, which lasts until Feb. 28, to determine our first place and four second place winners will be culinary experts from CanolaInfo. The first place winner will receive an All-Clad Gourmet Accessories Panini Pan with Press and the four second place winners will receive a set of three Flex-It Measuring Cups from Williams-Sonoma®*. Complete contest rules are in the notes section of our Facebook fan page. You must be a U.S. resident to win.
We hope that you will consider participating or help spread the word about the CanolaInfo CIAProChef.com Challenge!

I always cook with canola oil! I am a dietetic student and have done research on different types of oils. http://glowfromtheinside.com/?p=421
I made the Tunisian Pomegranate Chicken for this contest and it turned out really good thanks to the Canola Oil. The cooking video I watched to make this made preparation easy and my family loved the results.
