Calling All Ladies: Announcing The SheBlogs’ Advisory Panel
The SheBlogs’ team was built from an experienced team of blogging and PR pros, whose goal was to make it easy and efficient for bloggers to connect with PR pros – to get early access to news, product samples for review, interviews with company execs, and exclusive access to discount codes and sales to share with their readers. As we continue to expand our team, it’s only natural that we should reach out into our community and invite you to join us in crafting the future roadmap for our communities.
Today, we’re proud to announce a call for applications to join the SheBlogs team as a member of our future Advisory Panel – built from bloggers with a diverse background of coverage topics. What does this position entail? As a member of our seven woman panel, we will be hosting monthly meetings to discuss the direction of our community – what features interest you most, what tools would most benefit you in continuing to grow and build your blog, what educational seminars you would find most interesting, and what we can do to continue to grow our community for the benefit of all of our bloggers. You will serve as a liaison for the community at large, and keep a finger on the pulse of feedback/thoughts/concerns/compliments from our bloggers.
As with all SheBlogs positions, it is a volunteer gig, but you and your blog will be showcased on the SheBlogs.org Web site as part of our advisory panel. You will be offered a badge to display on your blog announcing your position, and you will have the ability to, first-hand, guide the growth of our fantastic community. You’ll also be invited to post as a guest author (with all credit, bios and links directing back to your blog) on several topics related to blogging and blogging for business in the coming year.
